We’ll start you off with fresh-squeezed juice followed by a fruit salad and/or yogurt combination. This is accompanied by bread and pastries to be savored with home-made jam and local honey.
Next comes a hot dish which changes daily – it could be pancakes or a quiche provençal or apple crêpes or perhaps an omelette made with seasonal vegetables.
Of course tea and coffee flow freely as does the conversation.
Breakfast is served either in our courtyard or, depending on the weather, in our farmhouse kitchen.
